I have been mentored for 20 years by some of the most successful obedience and conformation trainers and exhibitors in British Columbia and Alberta, and have participated in seminars and workshops presented by many renowned trainers in North America, from as far away as Chicago.  I have also been privileged to attend a seminar given by Sylvia Bishop, a respected expert from England who continues to share her expertise worldwide, and Alex Robinson of New Zealand.  Many have published books or produced DVD's which are available through their respective websites referenced below. 

I actively show my dogs in obedience trails in British Columbia and Alberta and occasionally south of the border.  I am active in the Cranbrook & District Kennnel Club and have held a variety of positions on the executive.  I am also a member of the Canadian Kennel Club and the Golden Retriever Club of BC.
